JCDA
JCDA Court St. Helena of the Cross #2679 was instituted August 24, 2015. JCDA is the Catholic Daughters youth program for girls who are between the ages 6-18. JCDA members have four basic goals operating under the motto of Message, Service and Community:
- Develop one’s character as a Christian
- Learn to work for the good of others
- Grow Spiritually
- Be creative and flexible
The JCDA colors are royal blue and white. JCDA members through love and charity have conducted service projects to benefit our parish and community.
JCDA is unlike other youth programs such as the Girl Scouts and American Girl. It offers our young ladies a great opportunity to engage themselves in spiritual growth, leadership, and service while they remain under the protective umbrella of our Catholic faith!
JCDA members are the present and the future of CDA, our Church, and society. Meetings are generally held the 3rd Sunday of the Month at 1:30pm in the Dolan Center. For more information or to become a member contact Naomi Alvarez by email at naomi.g.alvarez@gmail.com.
